Cary is an accomplished guitar player, and studied classical and rock. His Eddie Van Halen style did get him into some early rock and roll groups and recording.  He has a passion for guitars and has a admirable collection.  He also loves riding his motorcycle, having family holidays and vacations and his number one priority his daughter Eva.  His experience, drive and leadership has played a major role in the growth and future growth of our company.

Cary is a co-founder of Custom Saddlery and its dba E-Quest Inc.  E-Quest Inc. has created such products as Trailer-Aid and the E-Quest Sport Boot Line, including our DSB and DSB2 Dressage Sport Boots. He has been involved with developement and marketing of our products and services and has personally fitted thousands of horses.

Cary grew up in Southern NJ, attending Paul The VI High School in West Collingswood, NJ.  Cary went on to Drexel University earning a BA in Accounting and Finance,and graduated magna cum laude.     
                                                 
Cary has been involved with saddle making, fitting design and manufacturing for over 10 years. 
He has trained with many English Saddlers in the UK and the states and heads up our
developement and marketing of saddles.

Lisa Wallace
 & Eva

Lisa began riding at age 9, picking out her pony Trixie for fifty dollars. she started dressage lessons with Violet Hopkins at age 12. She began competing at the F.E.I. Levels in 1986 and has trained and competed three horses to Grand Prix. Lisa has shown successfully at many C.D.I. competions including Devon, Gladstone, Wellington, Port Jervis and Raleigh. Lisa was a bronze medalist on the Can-Am Team and placed fourth in the Intermediaire Championships. Before turning her focus to sales Lisa had many successful students, including the winner of the first ever Junior Coseguin Championships. Lisa is a Gold, Silver and Bronze USDF Medalist and a licensed judge.
