Anonymous - I bought a Signature Wolfgang Solo, sent it to a fitter and had it adjusted??
We are not saying the saddle cannot be adjusted, it is not offered adjusted by Custom Saddlery.  
Our Signature Saddles and smooth fitted saddles are very similar saddles. 
We offer the Signature to customers who want a quality saddle at a good price.  We also offer some Signatures in fitted for customers who want fitted.  Signature is a way to get a great saddle, endorsed by  a top rider at an affordable price.   Not all fitters are qualified to adjust saddles.  We are!  Getting our saddle adjusted aftermarket can lead to problems which may affect our warranty and the future life of your saddle.   Simply put, if you feel confident you can purchase a Signature and get it adjusted properly after market without problems....go for it!  As long as you are happy with our saddle the rest is not important.  For those who want a fitted saddle be assured you are getting the best possible product and service from our company.   We have a very long list of satisfied customers and top level riders to prove it...

I previously purchased a custom saddle and noticed the pricing structure has changed?
We have adjusted our pricing to reflect the changes in service and the way we sell our saddles.   With our new nationwide saddle fitting services this change will enable more people to be able to  get service when they need it.  As an added benefit we do include your first adjustment to your new saddle free within the first year of ownership (call fee will apply, the adjustment is free).  Should your saddle need further adjustments after that, those adjustments will be billed as they apply.   As we move to expand and work with saddle fitters nationwide,  our fitted saddles now include your first adjustment which also includes a saddle call fee. How long is my trial period and what if i need longer than the trail period to test my saddle?
Just call us and let us know how much longer you would like....we understand life, weather

Do I pay for my saddle before testing it?
No.  We require a credit card which we only authorize for the price amount of the saddle.  Your
credit card will not be charged until you accept the saddle, or decide to pay by another method.

How can I be sure of my saddle fit?
Your saddle fitter should deliver your fitted saddle and check the fit before you go through your trial.  If however, you are in an area where service is more periodic or special, we are able to work with you through another fitter or one of our saddle shops.

What if I need an adjustment on my saddle some time later?
On fitted saddles your saddle fit is guaranteed on the purchase.  However, once you purchase your saddle adjustments are billed at our normal rates.  Call one of our shops for details on prices.

How much does it cost me to arrange an appointment with a saddle fitter?
Usually there is no cost for you to try our saddles.  However, there is a call fee associated with a  fitting.   Call or email us for exact appointment information.

How much does it cost to arrange an appointment for your work on other saddles?
Generally we turn down work on other saddles.  Most manufacturers have representatives who sell and service their products.  If we perform work on other brands it can void the company's warranty on their product.  However, there are certain times when we will check another companys saddle and perform work needed on a case by case basis.  Call or email us with information on your specific situation.

What is the warranty on your saddles?
10 year limited warranty on the tree and 1 year on materials and workmanship.
