Shipping Your Saddle

• Use a sturdy corrugated box. For a single saddle, a 16” x 18” x 22” box works well. Boxes can be found at home improvement, shipping, or office supply stores.

• Place your saddle in a large plastic bag, then inside the box. Fill any empty space with air pillows, bubble wrap, or crumpled paper to prevent movement during transit.

• Include your contact details and a copy of the form in the box so your saddle can be matched to your submission.

• Remove stirrup leathers, buckle straps, and covers before shipping.

• Do not use loose packing peanuts.
