Delivery Time for a New Saddle
A Custom saddle is a handmade product, crafted from premium materials with close attention to detail. Typical delivery time is 12–16 weeks from final approval. Extensive customization or specialty options may extend this timeline slightly.
Your fitter will keep you informed throughout the production process. If you need your saddle sooner, a rush option may be available for select models for an additional fee, with delivery in under 12 weeks from approval.
Trial Period
We want you to feel completely confident in your saddle choice. That’s why we offer a generous 10-day trial period, giving you time to ride in the saddle and experience how it feels for both you and your horse before finalizing your purchase.
Because this trial period is designed to ensure your satisfaction, all saddle purchases are considered final once the trial period has concluded, and refunds are not offered. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and in certain cases we may consider a trade-in on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval in alignment with our policies.
All trial arrangements and terms are coordinated through your authorized Custom Saddlery fitter.
Loaner Saddle During Production
In some cases, a loaner saddle may be available for a fee while your custom saddle is in production. Availability depends on your fitter and the models they have on hand. Loaner saddles are not guaranteed.
Service & Ongoing Support
After delivery, your fitter remains your primary point of contact for inspections, adjustments, and guidance. Regular evaluations and servicing are strongly recommended to maintain proper fit, performance, and longevity. Ongoing care ensures your saddle continues to meet the highest standards of comfort and function.
